View Resort DetailsDrift Thelu Veliga Retreat is an intimate, boutique resort located on a secluded 1.1-hectare island in the South Ari Atoll, approximately 90 kilometers southwest of Malé. The resort features 30 villas—10 Beach Villas and 20 Water Villas—designed to reflect traditional Maldivian architecture with thatched roofs and natural materials. Emphasizing a "no news, no shoes" philosophy, the resort offers a tranquil environment without modern distractions like televisions, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Maldives.
