• Cancellations or amendments made up to 31 days before arrival are fully refundable.

• Within 30 days of arrival, bookings are non-refundable.

• For stays during the festive season (December 24th – January 10th), cancellations or amendments made up to 61 days before arrival are fully refundable.

• Within 60 days of arrival during festive season, bookings are non-refundable.

• Full payment is required at least 30 days before arrival.

• For stays from December 24th to January 10th, full payment must be made at least 60 days in advance.
