• Stay of at least five consecutive nights required to earn rewards

• Complimentary nights valid for three years from earning date

• Complimentary nights non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

• Not valid during festive periods

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts

• Complimentary nights apply to entry-level room categories

• Upgrades available at additional charge

• Only stays completed after membership enrollment are eligible

• Valid only for future reservations made post-enrollment

• Extensions considered on a case-by-case basis
